Hostess + Customer Relationship Executive

Main Responsibilities

  • Greeting guests as they enter the apartment
  • Providing guests with directions and answering any initial questions
  • Seating guests at the waiting area if required
  • Engaging with guests
  • Responding to complaints and helping to resolve them
  • Answering phone calls, taking reservations and answering questions.
  • Maintaining a god understanding about all the areas in the apartment
  • Providing great customer service

 

Qualifications

  • Age : 20-30
  • GCE A/L
  • Fluent in English & other languages Preferred
  • Excellent Communication skills
